Some of our products include a candle. We advise great care in working with candles and fire. Always make sure the candle is set up safely on a fireproof surface, away from curtains, blankets and other flammable objects that can catch fire. It is recommended not to leave candles unattended or use them when sleeping. Inari Raphael Ltd does not take responsibility for any damage to property or life in regards of the use of candles with these sets.
Some of our products include electric wiring or cables. All products are according to NZ standards. Inari Raphael Ltd is not responsible and does not take responsibility for any damage caused by electric faults.

Product Descriptions, images and errors
We do our best to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible, however due to different lighting conditions, computer screen quality and adjustments, etc. colours may appear different. Items may appear larger or smaller in pictures. Please refer to the size and/or measurements in product descriptions.
Most products are photographed individually, unless stated differently, so you buy the item that is shown on the image.
Out of stock items
Stock levels are updated regularly, but in some cases we might not be able to supply all items on your order anymore. In this case we will remove the out of stock items from your order and ship the remaining items.
Free Shipping
Free shipping includes Track & Trace and applies to urban addresses in New Zealand only. For rural and overseas addresses a surcharge will be applied. This surcharge is the amount that we are charged on top of the urban delivery costs. The customer is expected to tick the correct shipping button when completing the order. Inari Raphael Ltd holds the right to ask for the additional surcharge if a rural address is entered without selecting the surcharge option, and the surcharge will need to be paid before your order can be completed and sent to you. Our products are sent by NZ Post – track & trace.
Loss or Damage of Goods in Transit
All our items are securely packaged and any damaged parcels should be brought to the attention of the courier on receipt. We will provide a tracking number once we ship your product. For missing parcels please contact the courier company directly stating your reference number. Your parcel is insured for a maximum of NZD 250. This insurance only covers the parcel during transport. We recommend to keep track of your parcel. When it has been delivered to your address, the parcel is not insured anymore and becomes your responsibility. This means that Inari Raphael Ltd and the courier do not cover loss of your parcel after the courier has marked your parcel as delivered. For peace of mind we also offer a Signature required upgrade at an additional price of NZD 6,- which is the amount that is charged to us by NZ Post.
Please ensure you use the correct delivery address as we can not take responsibility due to wrong or missing address details. If items are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, on the day you received the items, by email with photos of the damaged goods. Any goods damaged in transit may be returned to Inari Raphael Ltd. at the cost of the customer and a replacement order will be sent if possible, otherwise a refund of the original purchase amount will be deposited into your bank account upon receiving the goods.
Refunds/Returns
We will fully refund you on any returned item/s if you are dissatisfied with the item/s you have purchased from us, providing that:
* The product has not been used.
* The product has not been damaged.
* The product is returned to us in it’s original undamaged packaging.
* The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
* Postage charges when returning goods are the responsibility of the Customer.
It is to the discretion of Inari Raphael Ltd to validate your reason for returning the items and decide if you will be charged for the initial postage costs. Orders cannot be cancelled after being paid.
Any goods damaged in transit may be returned to Inari Raphael Ltd. at the cost of the customer and a refund of the original purchase amount will be deposited into your bank account upon receiving the goods.
Loss of pendants or beads because of necklace or string breaking
We take utter care in selecting and delivering high quality necklaces and strings, and we use the appropriate tools to shorten necklaces and create slip knots for nylon necklaces and bracelets. However, it is always possible that, over time, necklaces come loose or break or that the slip knot of a nylon string comes loose. It is your responsibility to check your necklace regularly. Inari Raphael Ltd. does not take any responsibility for lost pendants or beads and / or broken necklaces or strings.
Healing qualities of our products and services.
Please note that even though we mention healing qualities of our products and services, we do not recommend to use any of our products and services to replace medical forms of treatment. You should always contact your doctor or health professional for treatment of any disease and / or illness. We cannot and do not give instructions regarding change of medication. Any change of medication and doses, should always be done in communication and agreement of your doctor or health professional.
Incorrect Bank Account Number
Inari Raphael Ltd gives the purchaser the choice to pay for products through our Bank Account. If the Customer credits money to the incorrect bank account number, The Crystal Point will not accept any responsibility for correcting payment and the goods will not be dispatched.
Mailing Cash
Inari Raphael Ltd does not recommend that cash be mailed for payment of products or services. It is not one of our options of payment. If the customer does mail cash, Inari Raphael Ltd. accepts no responsibility for the theft, loss or otherwise non-delivery of mailed items.
Secure payment
Inari Raphael Ltd uses official “Stripe” applications for online transactions from your Credit or Debit card. inari.co.nz is an encrypted secured website and all the online payments are done through the encrypted secured connection with “Stripe”. Inari Raphael Ltd. is therefore not able to see or store your card information. This way we assure maximum safety regarding your transactions. Therefore Inari Raphael Ltd can not take responsibility for any fraudulent transactions made with your credit or debit cards. If fraud happens, it is mostly because your computer has a virus or you have been phished by fraudulent emails asking you to enter card details or login details on a fake website (pretending to look like ASB, PayPal, ANZ, etc). If fraud happens, we recommend that you contact your bank and request to block your card immediately.
